This will be a unique retreat diving into the mantras of the Shakta Puranas and practices of the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra. Audrey and Chris will share mantras and live music alongside somatic movement, shiva/shakti kriyas, breathwork, Kirtan and other practices to enliven the non-dual Bhakta Trantrika path where longing becomes UNION. A fulfilling heart-led practice (Sadhana) that you can incorporate in your daily life as well as bring home to your family and your students.
